By accessing and using deplo.sh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
deplo.sh provides a deployment platform that allows users to publish static files, HTML pages, JSON data, and other artifacts to live, publicly accessible URLs via a REST API, CLI, TypeScript SDK, or MCP server. We provide hosting, CDN distribution, and optional custom domain support.
To use deplo.sh you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of all content you deploy through deplo.sh. By deploying content, you grant us a limited license to host, cache, and serve that content via our CDN. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you deploy.
Free and paid plans are available. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Deployments with a TTL (time-to-live) are automatically deleted after expiration. We do not guarantee recovery of expired deployments. Permanent deployments are retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DEPLO.SH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPLO.SH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
